Lifelong learner, troubleshooter, and builder. I’ve pivoted from operations to IT to do what I love most: resolving complex issues, refining systems, and ensuring the people around me have the technology to succeed.
About Me
I’m passionate about people and technology, and I’m always looking to expand my skills. My transition to IT has been a long time coming. Building and fixing computer software and hardware has always been second nature to me.
My journey started in operations management, where I found myself constantly gravitating towards the technical side of things. I built spreadsheets and troubleshot network issues instead of waiting for support, giving me a firsthand understanding of the end-user experience.
I dedicated 2025 to studying and getting hands-on experience at home. I’ve outlined just a few of the things I did in my ‘projects’ section.
